A Share Financing Opportunity

Qualifications:

Share financing is only available for the purchase of a new membership share. This financing cannot to be used for the purchase of a mobile home nor can it include other monies required to complete the purchase, such as closing costs.

• The applicant must provide an acceptable security check.
   

• The applicant must provide an acceptable credit check.
   

• The applicant must successfully pass the board committee interview required for an occupancy permit.
   

• Financing is available to a maximum of 80% of the share price. The applicant must provide funds equal to not less than 20% of the share price as a down payment. Current share price is $35,000.00
   

• The applicant will be responsible for all closing costs.
   

• The applicant must complete a C.C.H.O.A. Inc. Share Financing Agreement.
   

• The interest rate will be 6 ½ %.
   

• The maximum amortization period shall be 20 years. A lesser period may be chosen at the discretion of the applicant. The original amortization period shall prevail throughout the financing of this share purchase.
   

• The term of the loan shall be matched to the renewal term of the mortgage financing of C.C.H.O.A. Inc. (Currently June 2018) Upon renewal the interest rate shall be set at ½% above the C.C.H.O.A. Inc. mortgage rate. Upon renewal the new term will match the term of the mortgage financing of C.C.H.O.A.Inc. Initial term monthly payment $208.76
   

• This will be an open loan with monthly payments and may be paid down at any time without penalty. Partial bulk payments will be allowed in increments of $1,000.00
